Hi and thanks for stopping by!  My name is Mike Feil and by the time you finish reading you'll have a better understanding on what exactly you need to do to be successful with internet marketing and network marketing so you can grow your business and put more dollars in your pocket instead of buying the "next best thing" that will just sit on your bookshelf or in your hard drive just collecting dust and not making you any money.

You either fit into one of four categories:

1.  "I just started researching on how to make money online." 
2.  "I have been trying to make money online but it has not gone very   well." 
3. "I make so much money on the internet my middle name is 'cha-ching!'" 
4. "How in the heck did I get to your website!" 

You see, the internet can make you or break you. It broke me before it made me and those of you that are in category #3 I am sure you have your share of "war stories" too!

I've developed this website along with my book Beyond The Hype: How To Really Succeed With Network Marketing to provide you helpful information that will decrease your mistakes and increase your profit!  If you are a network marketer that has never used the internet to promote your business or has been struggling on the internet you need to join my course!

Before I get into how I make my money on the internet I think it would be appropriate if I introduce myself to you and give you some background information about me.

I was born, raised, and still living in Delaware. I did get out of the state for a few years to go to college in Cleveland, TN at Lee University and then moved back home, worked for a few years and then went to graduate school at Wilmington College for my Masters in Health Care Administration.

I've always worked in the health care field and it is something I enjoy doing. Mainly, I think it's because I like helping people. There are many people out there that are hurting; some physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Sometimes all it takes is for you to just be a friend, offer support, to be a mentor, or to just listen to what they have to say.

My success comes from helping people and building others up. If you are going to be successful in this business that is what you need to focus on, because if you help someone become successful on the internet the same will also happen to you! I have seen it time and time again!

I've been married to my wonderful wife Christina for 11 years now and we have three beautiful daughters Leighann (18), Morgan (6), and Callie (3). We also have a Boxer who is a little over 3 years old. So I am sure you can imagine that our home is fun and stays very busy!! :)

Are You Willing To Take Risks?

I love adventure! Some of my favorite things to do is rock climbing, white water rafting, submission wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hopping on my Yamaha TTR-230 motorcycle and riding through the woods or opening it up in a field, and being a dad to my 3 girls! ;)

Each one of these activities involve risk where I can get hurt (except for being a dad. That will just make me broke...especially with three girls!!). So why do I do it?

1. Because it's fun! 
2. Because I have the right gear and take the proper precautions to minimize my risk. 

It's the same in the business world. Your job can be fun, especially if it is making a lot of money online, but there are risks.

So with the online business what "gear" do you have to have?

1. A dream for a better life 
2. Motivation 
3. Knowledge of this industry 
4. Knowledge of proper money management 
5. A website that is set up to be automated 
6. Proper Marketing 
7. The Right Products 
8. Excellent Programs 
9. A Mentor who knows what he/she is doing 

I can help you out with 8 of the 9 things I listed. The one I can not help you out with is a dream for a better life. Only you can create that dream. Think about where you are right now and where you want to be. For me it was being debt freedom and financial independence.

Our dreams get us motivated, but sometimes we lose that motivation. My job is to help you stay motivated, and I have written my book Beyond The Hype: How To Really Succeed With Network Marketing that will help you stay motivated and to give you ideas on how to be successful in this industry.

Knowledge of the industry is important because many times people see all the information that is out there that they just don't know where to start, get overwhelmed, and don't know who they can really trust. My goal is to teach you the ins and outs of this industry and to be your guide and show you the good and keep you away from the bad.

Knowledge of proper money management is also vital because if you don't know how to budget, save your money, and manage your debt you may make money online, but then may wonder where all your money went and wonder why are you still in debt. I have several techniques that I use to manage my money and eliminate my debt which I'll share with you.

Having your own website will increase your profits, and I'll show you how to set up your website for very little money and have it automated so it does most of the work for you!

Proper marketing of your website is crucial of any online business.  I'll show you techniques that will expose your website to thousands and thousands of people every week if not everyday!

There are so many products and programs out there on the internet, and some are great and some are garbage. I'll show you the ones that I am involved with and am currently making money with so you won't have to spend hours online trying to figure out if what you are looking at is going to make you any money. I've already done that grunt work for you!

The last and most important one is a mentor. I have several mentors that I work with and my mentors have mentors. You can ask any successful person that is online and they will tell you that one of the main reasons they have become successful is because they had a very supportive mentor. I'll be there to mentor you every step of the way!

When I first started over 9 years ago I fumbled through the internet and constantly studied and read hundreds of websites to try and separate the good from the bad. Then I met some successful people online and they were able do direct me to the right paths. They helped me and now I want to help you!

People That Have A Good Business System Make The Most Money!

You see this time and time again. Take McDonald's for instance. Ray Kroc was not the founder of McDonald's, nor he was the inventor of franchising. Ray was milkshake mixer salesman and when he saw the McDonald's brother's hamburger stand and saw how fast they were serving their people. He saw that they had something special.

Ray bought out the McDonald's brothers and fine tuned the McDonald's system of quickly serving people and began to open up restaurants. As you know McDonald's is the biggest fast food restaurant chain in the world. Why is this? Is it because their hamburgers are the best? NO! Is it because they have outstanding customer service? NOT EXACTLY!

It's because he developed a system that is simple, works, and can be duplicated.  Think about it...you can go into any McDonald's and the drive through window, where they make the French fries, where they make the burgers, and even the bathrooms are all in the same place. Order a cheese burger in a McDonald's in Delaware and order one in California and they will taste the same. The same goes with their fries and apple pies!

You see people are buying into systems and franchises all the time. You don't have to be a chef to own a McDonald's or have a degree in restaurant management. You just need the capital and to be teachable so you can learn the "McDonald's Way"...their system.

McDonald's isn't the only successful business systems out there. Take for example, Wendy's, Barns and Noble, Amazon.com, and Gap. They all have systems in place that help make their jobs smarter, faster, easier, and more profitable.

The beauty of an online business is that you do not need the kind of start up capital that is required for McDonald's. Starting an online business can be done with very little capital. I'll discuss more of this in my book Beyond The Hype: How To Really Succeed With Network Marketing

What you do need is to be teachable and have a desire to learn and become successful. You don't need to create a successful system because one has already been created. You just need to LEARN, FOLLOW, and SHOW.

1. Learn the about money making products, internet marketing, and how to implement a successful business system. 
2. Follow the system. A successful system does not need to be changed, it just needs to be followed. Don't reinvent the wheel! 
3. Show others how your system works so they too can profit and become successful. Remember, success comes from helping others! 

Time and Timing is Everything!

One of the reasons I got into the online business is I wanted to create more time with my family and have extra money so the time I spend with them we can do more fun things, go to on better vacations, and create great memories.

I did network marketing for a while and although it was good, I learned a lot, and I was around some pretty successful people in the network marketing business, it was keeping me away from my family. In order to be successful with network marketing you had to "show the plan" to several people every week. This meant doing house meetings as well as 1 on 1 meetings at people's houses or the local coffee shop.

I was doing several meetings a week because I wanted to become successful, but it was keeping me away from my family. I finally said, "My family is more important than trying to build this business!" so I got out of network marketing and continued to pursue my online business.

With an online business you have the luxury of working as much as you want or as little as you want. Again, you are on your computer, in your home office, with your family in the next room. So if the kids want to play for a while you can take a break from your online business, play for a while, then get back to work. You can't do that with traditional network marketing.

Also, with traditional network marketing you can only reach out to the people that are in your surrounding communities. You can always try and grow your business in other cities. Of course, this means increased expenses and more time away from your family.

With an online business you can reach millions of people all over the world every day with very little effort. The most important part of this business is communication. If you want your online business to succeed you will need to be in constant communication with the people you work with. This means responding to emails and phone calls which really does not take very long to do. I try and do something productive everyday that will get me towards my financial freedom goal...even if it is just for 30 minutes.

With the online business I'm in (and the business you can be in too) timing is everything. The programs I am currently in are exploding and there is a lot of people making money.  Now is the perfect time to get in and start your business. Just think about it for a minute. The Internet that we have today is only 10 years old. Broadband and high speed internet access has only been available for a few years. Just think of where the Internet will be in another 10 year and all the advances that will be made. Like I said, now is the perfect time to get in and start making money.

Diversification Yields Multiple Streams of Income 

Whether you're a traditional investor investing in 401Ks, IRAs, Money Market, Stocks, etc., or someone like me that does traditional investing as well as High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP) and other money making programs, it's crucial to diversify your funds to get the most out of your investments.

Several years ago I messed around with Autosurfing programs which is a version of a HYIP and I joined several instead of just one. Why did I do this? Well, after doing my due diligence I learned that Autosurf Programs are very risky and some go just as fast as they come. So in order to keep my money safe and get the most out of my money I had to diversify. That way if one shut down I wouldn't lose all my money only a little.

I joined all of the big ones that there out there and that were paying and they all eventually shut down. The top three reasons they shut down was that their website was hacked into and caused damage to their site, their accounts (where all of our money was being held) was hacked into, and the SEC shut them down. Now if I just joined one and it was shut down right away I would have lost all my money, but since I joined several autosurf programs I was able to diversify my funds and at least make some money from my autosrufing adventure!

Also, diversifying in several different kinds of online money making programs is much better than diversifying in several different online programs that are the same kind...like autosurfing. So right now I diversify in several different kinds of programs that give me multiple streams of income.

The more multiple streams of income you have the closer you will be to financial independence. Think of any entrepreneur that is wealthy. They probably have their hands in several different companies or have one company that is involved with several different things. This gives them multiple streams of income. If one of their ideas or companies do not work out they are not worried because they have several other companies or opportunities to fall back on.

So what ever you do diversify!!
